  Welcome to Hookedupanglers.com.  We offer Guided Fly Fishing trips on Norther California rivers such as the Lower Yuba River and the Lower American river.  Scenic and exciting whitewater Fly Fishing trips on the " less populated with people more populated with fish"  North Fork and Middle fork of the upper American river. We also guide on a few local lakes and small streams.  We are dedicated to giving you an enjoyable guided day on the water you choose.

      Customer service is our number one goal, not to mention helping anglers of all skill levels enjoy a special day on the water.  As a client of hooked up anglers you deserve the best.  This is why we treat our clients to a comfortable and relaxing day of fishing.  Depending on the body of water you choose, we will spend around eight hours fishing in either a Hyde 16.5' combo pro series or an Aire 14 ft super duper puma with an Aire fishing frame.  All of our rental rods are Sage XP, Sage TCR, Sage Z-AXIS and Scott S3S rods.  Our reels are Abel super series, Sage 2540 and Sage 2560 reels,  Ross Evolutions reels and Galvan Torque reels.

        We will stop at all the great runs and riffles to give you that one on one attention you deserve.  The best part about our guided Fly Fishing trips is that we do not push the typical cookie cutter product attitude.  We want you to feel good about the trip you decide on and techniques you wish to learn.  This is why we are extremely flexible when you choose your trip.

All white water trips are done with an Aire super duper puma equipped with an Aire deluxe fly fishing frame.  This is a fish catching machine.  it has an excellent ride in the whitewater and is extremely stable in all water conditions.

We also use a 2005 Hyde 16.5' combo drift boat on the lower American river the Yuba river and the Feather river.  We have owned Hyde drift boats for over ten years, and continue to be impressed with the quality and comfort they provide.
